Job Title: C++ Developer High Frequency Trading Hedge Fund

Location:

London

Job Details:

This is a unique opportunity for an expert C++ Developer to become a key contributor and work side-by-side with the small but highly talented team of software engineers, quantitative strategists, and traders on cutting-edge technology and sophisticated quantitative strategies.

Desired:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.  You must have an expert level understanding of C++, ideally with quantitative knowledge and experience; a high level of Mathematics is therefore a prerequisite.

We are seeking a self-starter, someone who is practical– not a perfectionist. You must be happy in taking on responsibility and used to delivering smart solutions in both short and long term scales.  With a relaxed, friendly atmosphere – the client seeks someone of professional work ethic who can add value to the existing team of fellow expert C++ Quant Developers and Quants / Traders.

You will be having a direct impact on the PnL of the firm, as such you will be seen as an asset as opposed to a cost to the firm, and therefore bonuses tend to be well above markets rates. The firm has a flat structure but opportunities of tech leadership or working in the US office are realistic options.

We are seeking the top 0.1% of C++ Developers only with a strong Quantitative ability, no “lone rangers” or those who are yet to grasp the idea of using technology to make money.

Comp: Money isn’t an issue, we are looking for the very best and expect to compensate the individual(s) accordingly.
